HSN was interested in expanding their services by offering shoppers samples of brands which complimented other products sold via the HSN network.

 

SEA assisted HSN develop a media-supported sampling program which gave brands the opportunity to not only sample to HSN customers, but also take advantage of media options HSN offered them as well.

A leading cereal manufacturer was interested in measuring the results of product sampling programs for a few of their brands.

 

SEA was able to design a pre/post-test/control study to analyze the business impact of sampling cereal to targeted consumers. The research helped the brand determine what type of results they achieved and the results were critical to determining the ROI of the program.

A leading shaving crème manufacturer was interested in determining the effectiveness of sampling to health club members.
