As the owner of Sampling Effectiveness Advisors, Cindy has worked with more than 30 companies to develop and improve sampling programs.  Being the owner of the company, this Promo PRO developed SEA’s marketing plan and managed all other areas of the business including website development.

Cindy has also developed promotion plans for a family owned computer service business and a created a local promotion marketing company.  She developed a website for her community’s residents and is currently promoting a local social networking company.
